ÖLFLEX® CONTROL 110 FR-LSH 10 G 1 1100 V GY is a high-safety, flexible control cable designed for industrial and infrastructure applications where fire resistance, low smoke emission, and halogen-free materials are essential. Manufactured by LAPP Group, this cable ensures reliable electrical performance along with enhanced safety for critical environments.
This cable is built with 10 finely stranded copper conductors, each having a cross-sectional area of 1 mm², providing excellent conductivity and efficient current transmission. The “G” designation indicates the presence of a green-yellow protective earth (PE) conductor, which enhances safety by ensuring proper grounding in electrical systems.
A major advantage of this cable is its FR-LSH (Flame Retardant – Low Smoke – Halogen Free) construction. Unlike traditional PVC cables, it does not release toxic or corrosive gases in case of fire. It also emits very low smoke, improving visibility and evacuation safety in emergency situations. This makes it highly suitable for installations in confined spaces and public areas.
The cable features a durable grey outer sheath (GY) made of halogen-free compound, offering excellent resistance to mechanical stress, abrasion, and environmental conditions. It is also flame-retardant, helping to prevent the spread of fire along cable routes. With a rated voltage of up to 1100 V, it is suitable for both control and power circuits in low to medium voltage applications.
The cable operates effectively within a temperature range of approximately -40°C to +80°C, ensuring reliable performance in extreme conditions. It is primarily designed for fixed installations but can also be used for occasional flexible applications.
Its flexible design allows for easy installation, stripping, and termination, reducing labor time and improving efficiency. The cable also maintains structural integrity under vibration and mechanical stress, making it ideal for dynamic industrial environments.
The 10-core configuration with protective earth enables multiple control signals and grounding within a single cable, reducing wiring complexity and improving system organization. It is widely used in industrial automation systems, control panels, machine tools, HVAC systems, railways, airports, hospitals, and commercial buildings, where halogen-free and low smoke cables are required for safety compliance.
Manufactured according to international standards, this cable ensures long service life, minimal maintenance, and consistent performance in demanding applications.
