The Siemens 3VJ9218-0ST36 is a shunt trip
release accessory designed for the 3VJ series MCCB (Molded Case Circuit Breaker).
It is used to provide remote tripping (switch OFF) of the circuit breaker
when an electrical signal is applied, making it an important safety and
automation component in industrial electrical systems.
This accessory operates on 220 V AC control supply
(50/60 Hz) and is compatible with 3VJ11 (125A) and 3VJ12 (250A) frame
MCCBs. When energized, the shunt trip coil immediately trips the breaker,
allowing automatic disconnection of the electrical circuit during emergency
conditions, fault signals, or interlocking operations.
The 3VJ9218-0ST36 is widely used in LT
panels, MCCs, PCCs, emergency shutdown systems, fire alarm interfacing, and
industrial automation systems, where remote switching and safety
